Learning Concepts Institute® is excited to be a part of drawing out each person's potential. As a part of our mission to do so we also want to empower others to do the same. The Launching Leaders Academy is just one of those initiatives that support this mission.

The mission of the Launching Leaders Academy is: To produce effective, equitable, engaged, extraordinary, and ever-learning leaders who are equipped for excellence on their platform as leaders.

​

This year we are excited to start our Launching Leaders Academy. This series will start with a two-day leadership academy and provide you with critical leadership development through engaging curriculum and experiential learning activities with your cohort for a six-month period after the institute. This institute is run in small groups of 20 participants (graduate students, postdoctoral associates, and early career professionals).
